How to get the Rest ending

Requirements
- Spare Eddie.
- Open Ring Box with all five Gold Stars for first Gold Ring
- take Alice's ring from her underwater body in Downtown after the Eddie scene
- insert both rings into Rabbit Hole bar stage wall
- beat the following chase/boss.
Before you commit
- Make a manual save at the payphone before Eddie; killing him locks Leave but reloading keeps others open.
- Any missing memento blocks the furnace option for Live.
- Star 2 needs Sledgehammer; Star 4 needs all bells and the Shovel.
- Rings in the Rabbit Hole stage start a major boss fight - prepare ammo.
